Amul Cheese Chiplets are processed cheddar cheese cubes—bite-sized, hygienically packed portions designed for snacking and cooking. Each cube is made from graded cow and/or buffalo milk, using vegetarian microbial rennet, along with emulsifiers and class-II preservatives. The cheese may also contain annatto, a natural coloring agent.
